This Privacy Policy explains how RX Gaming N.V., operating the Rx Casino version of the Rx Casino service via rxcazino.com and its related mirror domains, collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal data when you visit the website, create an account, or otherwise interact with our services. It applies to all players and website visitors, including users located in the United Kingdom, who access our gambling services or information pages. By using rxcazino.com, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the applicable data protection laws. This Privacy Policy is effective and last updated as of 6 November 2025.

Who We Are

Operator and data controller. The online gambling services offered under the Rx Casino profile on rxcazino.com (including any official mirror domains such as rx-casino.com, rx-bet.co and rx-mirror-2.com) are operated by:

  • RX Gaming N.V., an N.V. (public limited company) incorporated under the laws of Curaçao, registered in Willemstad, Curaçao (registration number 154XXX, as provided in our corporate records).

  • RX Payment Solutions Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in Cyprus, which provides payment processing and related services on our behalf.

For the purposes of UK data protection law (including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018), RX Gaming N.V. is the primary data controller of your personal data. RX Payment Solutions Ltd may act as our processor or, for specific payment-related operations, as a joint controller.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data only when we have a valid legal basis under applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. Depending on the context, one or more of the following legal bases will apply:

  • Performance of a contract or steps taken at your request. We process your data where it is necessary to enter into and perform the contract between you and RX Gaming N.V., for example to:
    • set up and manage your Rx Casino account on rxcazino.com;
    • provide access to games and related services;
    • process deposits, withdrawals and bonuses;
    • provide customer support and manage your requests; and
    • enforce our terms and conditions and bonus rules.
  • Compliance with legal obligations. We process your data to comply with laws and regulations that apply to us, including those under Curaçao law and other jurisdictions where relevant, for example:
    • Know-Your-Customer (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing requirements;
    • requirements of Gaming Curaçao under Master License #365/JAZ and other regulatory obligations;
    • record-keeping, tax and accounting obligations; and
    • responding to lawful requests from courts, regulators, law enforcement or other competent authorities.
  • Legitimate interests. We process certain data where necessary for our legitimate business interests or those of a third party, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms, including to:
    • maintain the security and integrity of rxcazino.com, prevent fraud and abuse, detect VPN/proxy usage and enforce restrictions on play from prohibited countries (such as the USA, France and the Netherlands);
    • monitor and improve the performance, user experience and functionality of our services;
    • conduct analytics and statistics on gameplay, transactions and site usage;
    • defend and assert legal claims and manage disputes; and
    • conduct limited direct marketing to our existing customers ("soft opt-in") where permitted by law.
  • Consent. In some cases we rely on your explicit consent, for example to:
    • send certain categories of marketing communications by email, SMS or push notifications;
    • place and read non-essential cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising purposes;
    • share data with certain advertising partners or affiliates, where this is not otherwise justified by another legal basis; and
    • process certain sensitive or optional information you choose to provide (for example in responsible gambling questionnaires).
    You may withdraw your consent at any time as described in the "Your Rights" and "Cookies & Tracking Technologies" sections. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before your withdrawal.
  • Protection of vital interests and public interest (rare cases). In exceptional circumstances, we may process data where necessary to protect your vital interests or those of another person (for example, where we reasonably believe there is a serious and immediate risk of harm due to problem gambling behaviour) or where processing is necessary for reasons of substantial public interest under applicable data protection laws.

Purpose of Processing

We use your personal data for clearly defined purposes connected with the operation of Rx Casino via rxcazino.com and compliance with our legal obligations. The main purposes include:

  • Providing and operating our casino services. To create and manage your account, verify your eligibility to play, provide access to games, process deposits and withdrawals, allocate bonuses, and deliver the core services you request.
  • Customer support and service quality. To respond to your questions, complaints and feedback, to manage live chat interactions, and to monitor and improve the quality of our customer support.
  • Risk management, fraud prevention and security. To detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, unauthorised account access, misuse of VPNs or proxies, and other activities that may violate our terms or compromise the security and integrity of our platform.
  • Legal and regulatory compliance. To conduct KYC/AML checks, verify your identity and age, maintain mandatory records, meet regulatory reporting obligations under Gaming Curaçao and other applicable regimes, and cooperate with competent authorities.
  • Responsible gambling. To monitor gameplay patterns for responsible gambling purposes, apply deposit and loss limits, process self-exclusion at site level, and provide information on external support resources such as BeGambleAware (https://begambleaware.org). Note that Rx Casino is a Non-GamStop operator and not integrated with the UK GamStop scheme.
  • Service improvement and analytics. To analyse how players use our site and games (including clicks, navigation paths and gameplay statistics) in order to improve our products, develop new features, optimise performance, and understand trends in player behaviour.
  • Marketing and personalisation. To send you marketing communications where permitted, to present tailored offers and bonuses, to personalise content and recommendations on rxcazino.com, and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
  • Business administration. To manage our business operations, including internal reporting, audits, accounting, corporate governance, and potential restructuring, mergers or acquisitions.
  • Handling disputes and claims. To investigate and resolve disputes, complaints or legal claims (including those relating to account closure, confiscation of funds, or alleged T&C breaches such as VPN use), and to defend our legal rights.

Disclosure & Sharing

We do not sell your personal data in exchange for monetary consideration. However, we may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients where necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to appropriate safeguards:

  • Group companies and affiliates. RX Gaming N.V. and its subsidiary RX Payment Solutions Ltd (Cyprus) share data as needed to provide the services, process payments and support our operations.
  • Payment service providers and financial institutions. Banks, card schemes, payment processors, e-wallet providers and similar entities that process deposits, withdrawals and other payments on our behalf, or that assist with fraud prevention and AML checks.
  • Game providers and platform partners. Licensed game studios, software providers and platform operators that supply and maintain the games and systems used on rxcazino.com, where sharing of certain identifiers and gameplay information is necessary to provide the games and ensure their integrity.
  • IT, hosting and technical service providers. Companies providing cloud hosting, data storage, content delivery networks, cybersecurity services, logging and monitoring, email delivery, live chat tools and other technical services that support our website and back-office systems.
  • Analytics and advertising partners. Providers of analytics, performance measurement and advertising technologies (including affiliates and advertising networks) with whom we may share pseudonymised or aggregated data, or in some cases personal data, where you have consented to the relevant cookies or marketing activity.
  • Professional advisers. Lawyers, auditors, accountants and other professional advisers who need access to personal data to provide services to us and who are subject to professional duties of confidentiality.
  • Regulators and public authorities. Gaming Curaçao, financial intelligence units, law enforcement agencies, courts and other competent public authorities where we are required to disclose information under applicable law or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, the rights of our players or the public interest.
  • Business transferees. Actual or potential buyers, investors, financing partners or successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of assets, in which case personal data may be disclosed under confidentiality obligations and used only for evaluating or completing the transaction.

When we share personal data with third parties who act as our processors, we require them to process the data only on our documented instructions, to implement appropriate security measures, and to comply with applicable data protection requirements.

International Transfers

Because RX Gaming N.V. is established in Curaçao and uses service providers in several countries, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area (EEA). These countries may have data protection laws that are different from those in your country of residence and that may not provide the same level of protection.

  • Curaçao. Your data is routinely processed in Curaçao, where RX Gaming N.V. is registered and where core gambling operations and certain back-office systems are located.
  • Cyprus and other EEA states. Payment processing and some support services are performed by RX Payment Solutions Ltd in Cyprus and by other providers located in the EEA.
  • Other countries. Some of our external service providers (for example, hosting, analytics or communications providers) may be located in other jurisdictions, including but not limited to the EEA, the United Kingdom and, in some cases, third countries that are not recognised as providing an "adequate" level of protection.

Where personal data is transferred from the UK to a country that is not subject to an adequacy regulation, we implement appropriate safeguards in line with UK data protection law, which may include:

  • concluding contracts incorporating the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office;
  • performing risk assessments of the relevant transfer and adopting additional technical and organisational measures (such as encryption and strict access controls) where needed; and
  • limiting access to personal data on a need-to-know basis and ensuring that recipients are subject to duties of confidentiality.

Where a transfer is necessary for the performance of our contract with you (for example, because our core systems are hosted in Curaçao) or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, we may rely on the relevant statutory derogations. In all cases, we take steps designed to ensure that your personal data remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the category of data and the applicable laws, but we aim to apply the following general criteria:

  • Account and identification data. Core account information (such as your name, contact details, date of birth and account history) is usually retained for the duration of your relationship with us and for up to five (5) years after account closure, unless a longer period is required by AML or other regulations or necessary in connection with legal claims.
  • KYC / AML and verification data. Copies of identity documents, proof of address, source of funds information and related records are typically kept for up to five (5) years after the end of the business relationship or the date of the last transaction, or longer where required by applicable AML laws or regulators.
  • Gameplay and transaction data. Betting history, game logs and financial transaction records are generally retained for the life of your account and for at least five (5) years after account closure, to comply with regulatory and accounting obligations and to manage potential disputes.
  • Technical and security logs. Security logs, access logs and system diagnostics (including VPN and restricted-country access indicators) are normally retained for a shorter period, typically between six (6) months and two (2) years, depending on the nature of the logs and our security and compliance requirements.
  • Customer support and complaints. Records of communications with customer support and complaint files are usually retained for up to three (3) years after the issue has been resolved, or longer where necessary to document our handling of disputes.
  • Marketing data. Information about your marketing preferences is kept until you withdraw your consent or object to processing for marketing purposes. We may also retain limited records of your opt-out request to ensure that we respect it in future.
  • Cookies. The lifespan of cookies depends on their type. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies typically remain on your device for a period ranging from a few days to a maximum of around two (2) years, unless you delete them earlier (see "Cookies & Tracking Technologies").

When personal data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected and we are not required to retain it under law or regulation, we will delete it or irreversibly anonymise it so that it can no longer be linked to you. In some cases, we may retain anonymised or aggregated data for statistical or analytical purposes.

Your Rights

Subject to the conditions and exceptions set out in applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data processed in connection with Rx Casino via rxcazino.com:

  • Right of access. You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we process your personal data and, if so, to receive a copy of the data and certain information about how we use it.
  • Right to rectification. You may request that inaccurate personal data about you be corrected and that incomplete data be completed, including by providing a supplementary statement. Some basic details can be updated directly in your account settings.
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"). In certain circumstances, you can ask us to delete your personal data, for example where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, you withdraw consent (where processing was based on consent), or you successfully object to our processing. This right is not absolute and may be limited by our legal and regulatory obligations (for example, AML and gambling regulations require us to retain certain records for a minimum period).
  • Right to restriction of processing. You may request that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain situations, for example while we verify the accuracy of data you contest or where you have objected to processing based on legitimate interests and we are considering that objection.
  • Right to object. You have the right to object at any time to processing of your personal data that is based on our legitimate interests, including profiling based on those interests. We will stop processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or where processing is required for legal claims. You also have an absolute right to object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing, including related profiling; if you object, we will stop using your data for this purpose.
  • Right to data portability. Where processing is based on your consent or on a contract with you and carried out by automated means, you may request to receive the personal data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have that data transmitted to another controller where technically feasible.
  • Right to withdraw consent. Where we rely on your consent to process personal data (for example for certain marketing communications or non-essential cookies), you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
  • Rights related to automated decision-making and profiling. If we use automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you (for example, in fraud prevention or responsible gambling risk assessments), you have the right to obtain human review of the decision, to express your point of view and to contest the decision, except where such processing is authorised by law and appropriate safeguards are in place.

Procedure for exercising your rights. To exercise any of your rights, please contact our data protection team using the contact form or live chat on rxcazino.com and clearly state that your request relates to "Data Protection" or "Privacy". We may request additional information to verify your identity before acting on your request, particularly where we hold sensitive data or where we cannot reasonably authenticate you based solely on your account.

Response time and fees. We aim to respond to all legitimate requests without undue delay and, in any event, within one (1) month (30 days) of receipt. That period may be extended by up to two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests; if so, we will inform you of any extension and the reasons for it. Requests are generally handled free of charge. However, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to comply with a request that is manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive, in line with applicable law.

Mexican privacy law alignment (where relevant). Our primary data protection framework for UK players is the UK GDPR. If you access rxcazino.com from Mexico, you may also have rights under Mexican data protection law, in particular the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), including ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition). To the extent such laws apply, we will consider and handle ARCO-type requests in a manner consistent with our obligations and the mechanisms described above, using the same contact channels.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on rxcazino.com and associated mirror domains to ensure the proper functioning of our site, to improve performance, and, where you consent, to personalise content and marketing.

Types of cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary cookies (session or short-term). These cookies are essential for the operation of the site and for enabling core features, such as secure login, navigation, and the proper functioning of game sessions. They are usually set in response to actions you take (for example, setting your privacy preferences, logging in, or placing bets).
  • Functional cookies. These cookies allow the site to remember your choices and preferences (such as language, region and display settings) and provide enhanced, more personalised features.
  • Analytics and performance cookies. These cookies collect information about how visitors use the site, such as which pages are visited most often, how users navigate between pages, and whether error messages are received. We use this information to improve the performance and design of rxcazino.com.
  • Advertising and targeting cookies. These cookies may be set by us or by third-party advertising partners to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant adverts on our site or on other websites, or to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. They typically rely on unique identifiers and may track your browsing activity across different sites.
  • Web beacons and similar technologies. In conjunction with cookies, we may use web beacons, pixels, SDKs or other technologies to collect information about your interaction with emails and online content (for example, whether you opened an email or clicked on a promotion).

Managing cookies and preferences

  • Browser settings. Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. Please refer to your browser's help section for more information on how to manage cookies. If you choose to block or delete cookies, some features of rxcazino.com may not function properly.
  • On-site tools. Where available, you may be able to manage your cookie preferences (for example, opting in or out of non-essential cookies such as analytics and advertising cookies) via a cookie banner or preference centre displayed when you first visit the site or from links in the footer.
  • Third-party opt-outs. Some third-party advertising networks offer opt-out mechanisms for targeted advertising. The availability and scope of such mechanisms depend on the provider and your location.

Strictly necessary cookies are used based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional website. Analytics and advertising cookies are typically used based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time via the tools described above.

Data Security

We take the security of your personal data seriously and implement technical and organisational measures designed to protect it against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction or damage, taking into account the nature of the data and the risks associated with online gambling services.

  • Encryption and secure transmission. Data transmitted between your browser and rxcazino.com is protected using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocols (TLS 1.2 or higher). We use encryption and other safeguards to protect sensitive data in transit.
  • Protection of data at rest. Where appropriate, we use encryption, tokenisation and other security controls to protect data stored in our systems and databases. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel and controlled via authentication and access management tools.
  • Access controls and authentication. Access to personal data is granted on a need-to-know basis and is limited to staff and service providers who require it to perform their duties. Administrative access is protected by strong authentication mechanisms, and we encourage players to use robust passwords and, where available, multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • Monitoring and incident response. We maintain logs of system activity and use security tools to detect suspicious behaviour, such as unusual login patterns or potential fraud. We have incident response procedures in place to investigate, mitigate and, where required by law, notify you and relevant authorities of data breaches.
  • Staff training and policies. Employees with access to personal data receive training on data protection, confidentiality and information security. We maintain internal policies and procedures to guide staff in handling personal data securely.
  • Security assessments. We periodically review and update our technical and organisational measures, and may conduct internal or external security assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of our controls. Our practices are informed by recognised industry standards (such as ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2), although we do not claim certification unless expressly stated on rxcazino.com.

While we strive to protect your personal data, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You also play an important role in safeguarding your data by keeping your login details confidential and immediately notifying us if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Complaints & Contacts

If you have concerns about how we handle your personal data, or if you wish to make a complaint, you can use the following channels:

  • Step 1 - Contact customer support. In the first instance, please contact our customer support team via the live chat or contact form on rxcazino.com, providing as much detail as possible about your concern. Many issues can be resolved quickly at this stage.
  • Step 2 - Escalation to the Data Protection Officer. If you are not satisfied with the response from customer support, or if your query specifically concerns your privacy or data protection rights, ask for your complaint to be escalated to the Data Protection Officer (DPO). You can do this by:
    • using the contact form on rxcazino.com and clearly labelling your message "For the attention of the Data Protection Officer"; or
    • writing to the DPO at: Data Protection Officer, RX Gaming N.V., Willemstad, Curaçao.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within one (1) month (30 days), or inform you if additional time is needed.

Escalation to supervisory authorities. If you are not satisfied with our response, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. For UK-based players, the relevant authority is:

  • Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
    Website: https://ico.org.uk
    Telephone (UK): see contact details on the ICO website
    Postal address: Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF, United Kingdom.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may contact your local data protection authority. If you are located in Mexico and local law applies to your use of our services, you may also address complaints to:

  • Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales (INAI)
    Website: https://home.inai.org.mx (Spanish language content).

Please note that RX Gaming N.V. operates under a Curaçao licence and does not hold a licence from the UK Gambling Commission. As a result, UK gambling regulators such as the UKGC or IBAS do not supervise our handling of general gambling-related disputes or complaints. This does not affect your rights to raise concerns about our processing of your personal data with the ICO or other competent data protection authorities as described above.

Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our services, our processing activities, applicable laws or regulatory guidance. When we make material changes, we will take appropriate steps to inform you.

  • Notification methods. We may notify you of changes by:
    • posting an updated version of the Privacy Policy on rxcazino.com;
    • displaying a notice or banner on the website or in your account dashboard;
    • sending you an email or account message, where appropriate.
  • Advance notice for significant changes. Where we make material changes that significantly affect how we process your personal data or your privacy rights (for example, changes to the purposes or legal bases of processing, or to international transfer mechanisms), we will endeavour to provide you with at least 30 days' advance notice before the changes take effect, unless a shorter period is required or permitted by law.
  • Your options. If you do not agree with the updated Privacy Policy, you may choose to stop using our services and, where applicable, request the closure of your account. Continued use of rxcazino.com after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Version control and last updated date. This Privacy Policy is identified as the Rx Casino privacy notice for the UK-facing service provided via rxcazino.com. The current version is:

  • Last updated: November 2025
  • Key recent changes: clarification of our use of VPN and geolocation data for fraud prevention and restricted-country enforcement; explicit reference to our offshore licensing under Gaming Curaçao; additional details on international data transfers and UK-specific data protection rights; and expanded information on complaint and supervisory authority contacts.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we handle your personal data.
