These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your relationship with RX Gaming N.V. as operator of the online gambling services made available through the website rxcazino.com and its associated UK-facing project profile Rx Casino (together, the "Website"). By registering an account or using any gambling services on the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are effective from 6 November 2025 and supersede any previous version published on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law
